This service provides free subdomains, DNS infrastructure, short URL forwarding and related tools for individuals, developers and community-driven projects.

1. Nature of the Service

The service is provided as a community-oriented platform inspired by the principles of free software and open infrastructure. It is intended to support independent, educational and non-commercial use.

Availability and persistence are not guaranteed. Services may be modified, limited or discontinued at any time.

3. Subdomains and DNS

Subdomains are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Ownership is not guaranteed.

DNS records must be technically valid and must not interfere with infrastructure stability or abuse mitigation processes.

4. Short URL / Redirect Service

The platform may provide short URLs and HTTP redirection (e.g. tux.wf/<code>).

You are responsible for the destination of any redirect you create. The following is strictly prohibited:

5. DynDNS and Automation

Dynamic DNS functionality may be provided via API tokens. These tokens must be kept secure.

Abuse of automated updates or excessive requests may result in rate limiting or suspension.

6. Optional Paid Services

Optional services such as email hosting may be offered for a small fee.

Example: a mailbox with 10 GB storage may cost approximately 1 USD per month.

7. No Warranty

This service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including availability, reliability or fitness for a specific purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

The operators shall not be liable for any damages, including data loss, service interruption or misuse by third parties.

9. Data and Removal

Inactive or unused resources may be removed after a reasonable period.

Data may also be removed due to abuse, legal obligations or operational needs.

10. Changes to the Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

11. Philosophy

This platform follows the spirit of free and open infrastructure: transparency, accessibility and user autonomy. It is not intended as a commercial hosting platform, but as a shared resource for the community.
